We’ve seen Epic Games collaborate with a number of different companies for Fortnite. The first major collaboration was with Marvel, and Epic have collaborated with them a number of times since the first Marvel x Fortnite LTM.

Apple and Epic Games are currently in court, and Epic Games stated that the Marvel collaboration made them the most money followed by the Star Wars collaboration. The Travis Scott and Marshmello collaborations were 4th and 5th on the list with DC and John Wick behind the two.

Fortnite Tactical Shotgun & Infantry Rifle To be Unvaulted

Reading Time: 2 minutes

It looks like the Tactical Shotgun and Infantry Rifle will be unvaulted soon.

At the start of every season of Fortnite, Epic Games change up the loot pool by adding in new weapons and items as well as vaulting and unvaulting items. At the start of this season, Epic vaulted the majority of weapons and items including the bolt action sniper, charge shotgun, suppressed smg and more.

The pump shotgun was finally unvaulted after the community, especially the competitive scene, wanted the popular shotgun removed from the vault and Epic Games listened. The only other weapon that was unvaulted was the revolver.

Epic Games have updated the news feed to announce two weapons that’ll be unvaulted, the tactical shotgun and the infantry rifle. The Tactical Shotgun in Fortnite was introduced in the very first season. It was vaulted at the start of chapter 2 season 6 after it was buffed at the start of season 5 with the damage being increased for all rarities.

The Infantry Rifle was added in the v7.40 patch update with the epic and legendary variants of the gun being added in the v8.40 update.

The Infantry Rifle hasn’t been in Fortntie for some time. It was last unvaulted in the v10.00 content update but was only available in Tilted Town with only the common variant available. There’s no information as to when the two weapons will be available in the game with the in-game news feed only stating the following:

“Get up close with the Tactical Shotgun and tag ’em down range with the Infantry Rifle – both unvaulted now”. However, the two weapons can’t be found as of writing, but they’ll likely be available to find in-game shortly.

When does Fortnite Season 6 End and when does Fortnite chapter 2 season 7 start

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Here’s when Fortnite season 6 will end and the start date for Fortnite chapter 2 season 7.

Fortnite chapter 2 season 6 launched on Tuesday, March 16th. Players were able to play the Zero Crisis Finale when launching the new season, assisting Agent Jones and The Foundation. Since the event, we’ve not had anything else to add to the story line.

We’ve had new Spire quests that have tried to add to the story line as well as some small map changes such as barricades appearing at different locations around the map. However, we’re six and a half weeks into the season, and we’re no further in the story line.

We haven’t had a lot of new content in the three major Fortnite updates that we’ve had so far this season. There’s still more than a month of Fortnite season 6 left and according to data-miners, we’re still expecting two more updates, v16.40 and v16.50.

However, some players aren’t a fan of the new season with the new crafting system, wild animals, and the lack of new content. Here’s the end date of season 6 along with when season 7 is expected to begin.

When does Fortnite Season 6 End

If there are no delays to the current season, Fortnite season 6 will end on Monday, June 7th. There’s a chance we could get a live event at the end of the season along with the usual teasers that are posted in the lead up to a new season.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 7 Start Date

With season 6 scheduled to end on June 7th, we can expect Fortnite chapter 2 season 7 to begin on Tuesday, 8th June. New seasons usually launch on a Tuesday, so there’s no surprise with the launch date for season 7. Although not confirmed, we can expect downtime for the new season to begin at 4 AM ET or earlier.

Fortnite: How to mark weapons of different rarity fortnite

Reading Time: 2 minutes

One of the week 7 Fortnite challenges requires players to mark weapons of different rarity, here’s how to complete it.

The Fortnite week 7 challenges were released this week on Thursday at the usual time. For the week 7 challenges, players are tasked with hunting raptors, collecting meat or peppers, consuming foraged items, eliminating opponents with different weapons, and more.

One of the challenges players are having difficulty completing is mark weapons of different rarity. For most players, marking any weapon up to legendary is easy if you play enough games, however, marking a mythic item is proving difficult.

Raz Explosive Fortnite Mythic Bow

Here’s a quick guide on how to mark weapons of different rarity from common to mythic.

Mark weapons of different rarity

The easiest and quickest way for players to mark weapons of different rarity is drop near Catty Corner to get a gun such as the common makeshift shotgun and go the Sparkplug. You can upgrade your weapon and purchase mechanical parts from Sparkplug in order to upgrade your weapon all the way to legendary.

Once you’ve marked every weapon up to legendary, you’ll need to find yourself a mythic weapon. Unfortunately, Epic Games have decided to only include one mythic weapon this season.

In order to get yourself a mythic weapon in season 6, you’ll need to defeat Raz. Raz can be found at The Spire. He won’t spawn at the exact same location in each match, but if you run around The Spire, you’ll find him walking around.

There are easy ways to defeat Raz with players showing you can shoot him through a window of a house without alerting him to you. Once you defeat him, he’ll drop Raz’s Explosive Bow which you can then mark to complete the challenge.

However, there’s a large number of players still trying to complete this challenge, so expect to run into players each time you try to defeat raz in order to mark a mythic weapon.
